今日はちょっと盛岡にある事業サポート機関へ。
作成中のプロジェクトプランを見てもらいました。
その後で、以前から行きたかった有名な福田パンへ。
こ、こ、これが、盛岡市民のソウルフードの福田パンかあ！
定番のあずきバターと、クッキー＆バニラ、それから夏みかんマンゴージャムの三つをセレクトしました。
コッペパンに目の前で中身を塗って挟んでくれます。受け取るとずっしりの重量感。
たぶりつくと、ふわふわのコッペパンにびっくりです。おいしいですね～～～。
こちらのパン屋さん、創業者は宮沢賢治さんの農学校時代の教え子だそうです。
岩手、いいですね～♪
